WebCam Chat Room.

ENTERING A CHAT ROOM WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OR LEAVE THE CHATROOM.

CHAT RULES:

We endeavor to keep this room friendly, clean, and on an mature level. Operators and Sysamdmins are present, so users are reminded that they may be involuntarily removed from the room should their conduct be construed as unsuitable.
You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your use of the Chatroom. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in Chat System Operators terminating your Account.
You agree not to do any of the following actions while using The Chat:

1. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a Chat room: harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects IGC Chat Operator, participant, user, or other individual or entity;
2. speak English in the room, if you would like to speak with someone using an other language, you can join the International room (type /join #International ) or we ask that you use Private Message (clicking on a username will put a red box around his name and no other user will see what you are typing).
3. transmit via Chat any information, advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation ,data, text, files, links, software, or other materials ("Content") that IGC considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
4. mIRC and Pirch users: Do NOT use color and designs scripts. For now, you can play with those scripts in other room NOT #LiveCam.
5. cause any chat room screen in the Chat to "scroll" faster than other Members are able to type to it or any action to a similar disruptive effect;
6. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the Chat or in connection with your use IGC Chat in any manner.
7. Use of "Nuke" or "ICMP" program against anyone will result to an immediate Kline/Ban of your server without warning

OPERATOR

To have and maintain Operators status, you have to be supporting / promoting Webcams, Events, Broadcast schedule etc..., follow the Chat rules and Guidelines, know and understand advanced IRC command, have been accepted by all other Ops, report any problems, and E-Mail your Full Name, Address Phone number and the day / time you will be in the room to [email protected].

Understand that Operator status was intended for the team only to stand out and be able to interact with members specially during live broadcast. Because of the room control needs, we allow some members to be Operators. To be an Operator is not a privilege or power position but just helping our chat room to remain nice friendly for all and supporting our Live Events Team.

1. Welcome all Guest and new comers , making them feel at home!
2. Answer all questions regarding IGC
3. Inform Guest and friends about Live WebCam, Chat Rules, Coming Events using pop-ups scripts on a very frequent basis.
4. IF someone is using vulgarity in the room towards anyone including Ops (Nickname or else) You have to, in that order:
   • 1-let them know this not acceptable language / behavior (first warning)
   • 2- Ask them nicely to change or stop(second warning).
   • 3- Last warning and tell them to read the Chat room Rules
   • 4- Kick them with a reason
   • 5- Than Ban and Kick for 1 minute
   • 6- Last Ban them for 1 hour
5. Guest## iddling may not be Kicked out
6. Keep the number of Operator low at any one timeDe-op yourself if you are not actif in the chat room (We dont want a room full of Ops)
7. Arguments are to be taken in an other private room or message
8. If you are the last Operator, leaving, you may temporarly op someone that you know

Not following these guides line will terminate your operator status

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THIS CHAT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONTENT FOUND ON OUR CHAT. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT OUR CHAT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT OUR CHAT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR CHAT OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH OUR CHAT. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM OUR CHAT SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, WEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE Of OUR CHAT.
